From 2006 to 2017, I grew Planet Ballroom® from a $30 backroom startup into an eight-figure powerhouse luxury dance franchise spanning six states, and employing over 50 dance professionals—all without outside capital, debt or investors.

As an innovator, I disrupted a dated industry with a captivating company culture, building a brand that combined luxury service with large-scale productions. I personally trained and created systems for the training of hundreds of dance professionals and developed a revolutionary marketing engine that helped new locations break even in under three months.

Through my proprietary sales method, my team closed over 10,000 transactions per year with membership to my company ranging from $250 to $1,200 per month—and I pioneered an in-house software system that streamlined operations years ahead of its time.

During the 2009 recession, I launched my real estate empire by acquiring and renovating $1.3M in distressed commercial properties—later selling those assets for over $2.5M while earning over $20K in monthly rental income along the way.

After a decade of double- and triple-digit growth, I exited Planet Ballroom with a seven-figure sale. Today, I share the strategies that made this happen through my Lemonade Maker® education brand, helping entrepreneurs build businesses that are bold, profitable, and unforgettable.
