Thomas Minieri is an entrepreneur, author, strategist, and creator of transformational business and personal-development frameworks. He is the founder of Planet Ballroom®, Lemonade Maker®, and The White Passage™, with more than two decades of experience building companies, developing franchise systems, creating strategic frameworks, and helping people navigate growth, disruption, reinvention, and change.
Minieri founded Planet Ballroom®, a dance and entertainment company that grew from a $30 startup into a multimillion-dollar business with 23 franchise locations. The experience became the foundation for his work in entrepreneurship, business growth, franchising, leadership, marketing, systems, competitive strategy, and organizational transformation.
He later created Lemonade Maker®, a next-generation CEO strategy platform for entrepreneurs and business owners. Lemonade Maker focuses on helping founders see what others miss, create unfair advantage, reduce unnecessary complexity and expense, improve positioning and marketing strategy, and navigate the changing challenges that appear as a business moves from startup through growth, scale, expansion, and crisis.
