My real estate journey has always been about vision—seeing beauty and potential where others see decay. From broke artist to business owner to investor, I began purchasing properties during the 2008 crash, drawn to historic buildings others had written off. The 189 Project in Charlotte and The 170 Project in Atlanta are perfect examples: once dilapidated, now fully renovated into glamorous event halls that honor their original character. Beyond those, my portfolio includes commercial condos and residential units—all chosen with an eye for overlooked spaces waiting to become something remarkable.
